We typically schedule estimate visits within a few business days. During peak season (spring and early summer) it may take slightly longer. If your project has a deadline, mention it in the form or on the call and we'll do our best to accommodate the timeline.
For most exterior work, no. If we can access the area and you've described the project clearly, we can assess the site and follow up with the written estimate. For projects that involve decisions about materials, design, or access to the inside of the property, we'll coordinate a time to walk through together.
