Hampton started as Bear Creek Station and was renamed in 1873 when the railroad came through, and that history still shows in the city today. The recently renovated downtown, with its engraved brick sidewalks and its century-old train depot on the National Register, sits beside fast-growing residential corridors along Tara Boulevard. That mix of old established properties and brand-new construction means two very different kinds of work, and we handle both: refreshing mature landscaping that has gotten overgrown, and starting clean on a newly built lot with fresh sod and irrigation.
Hampton is the home of Atlanta Motor Speedway, and the commercial and event-venue activity around the track and along the Tara Boulevard corridor keeps demand high for grounds maintained to a real standard. We take on commercial landscaping and ongoing maintenance contracts for businesses, property managers, and HOAs across this side of Henry County, and our GDOT certification qualifies us for government and public works projects as well. With major new developments like The Grove filling in between Hampton and Lovejoy, there is steady work for sod, drainage, retaining walls, and full landscaping builds.
From our Covington base, the run down to Hampton is about 45 miles across the south metro. We plan our routes around it, so a build, a sod install before the summer heat, or a maintenance rotation on a commercial property all get handled on schedule.
