Serving Stockbridge Since 2013
Stockbridge sits in the northwestern corner of Henry County, roughly 20 miles south of Atlanta where I-75 and I-675 come together. That access is what made it grow, and the city now runs from older homes near the historic downtown depot to large planned communities and commercial corridors. The established side of town has bigger lots and mature landscaping that has often gone overgrown or dated, which makes for steady refresh work: new beds, sod replacement on worn lawns, and drainage corrections where the grade has settled over the years.
The Eagle's Landing area, in the 30281 ZIP off Highway 138, is the part of Stockbridge most people picture. Eagle's Landing Country Club is built around a 27-hole Tom Fazio course, the Creek, Lake, and Hill nines, and the homes around it are held to a higher standard. We work with both HOA managers and individual owners in that corridor on maintenance contracts and project work, and we take on commercial properties along Hwy 138 and Eagle's Landing Parkway as well. Jonesboro Road off I-75 Exit 221 is the other busy spine through this side of the county.
The newer subdivisions on the edges of Stockbridge bring the new-construction problems we see all over Henry County: builder sod laid on compacted clay without ground prep, drainage that was never addressed at build time, and bare lots owners want to finish out. From our Covington base the run is about 30 miles west via I-20 and I-675, and there is no trip charge for Henry County. Call (470) 226-7215 for a free written estimate on any scope.
