Serving Snellville Since 2013
Snellville sits in southeast Gwinnett County, an established suburban community that has carried the motto "Everybody's Somebody in Snellville" since the 1970s. Many of the neighborhoods were built out from the 1970s through the 1990s: larger lots, mature tree canopies, and landscaping that was put in decades ago and has been declining ever since. Beds get overgrown. Sod thins out under shade from trees that were saplings when it was first installed. Drainage patterns shift as root systems age and the grade settles. These are the properties we spend a lot of time on in Snellville.
Lawn care maintenance contracts are common for us in this area, especially on the half-acre and larger lots in the Brookwood school cluster where owners want consistent, professional upkeep rather than rotating through one mow-and-go service after another. We show up on schedule, we do the work properly, and we flag issues before they become expensive problems: aeration and overseeding in the fall, seasonal bed cleanups, and trimming that actually shapes the plant rather than just hacking it back.
The retail corridor along Highway 78 and Scenic Highway, GA-124, is also a strong market, and the new Grove at Towne Center is bringing a walkable downtown to the heart of the city. Strip centers and retail properties along these roads need consistent maintenance to stay competitive with newer developments nearby. Gwinnett clay runs throughout Snellville, so even long-established properties deal with drainage problems that have developed over time.
Snellville is about 30 miles up Highway 78 from our Covington base, on the northwest edge of the area we cover every week. To schedule a free estimate, call (470) 226-7215.
